No, our delivery service is contact free. Your driver will not be asking you to sign paperwork, but to confirm the full name of the person receiving your delivery. If no one will be there to do this, join our Safe Place Delivery service and we will organise for deliveries to be left for you with your agreement
If there is no Covid-19 secure sign, or if you would rather we do not enter your building, your driver will leave the goods outside your premises at a place of your choosing. Otherwise, your driver will enter through one door to deliver goods to a reception or goods in area, wearing appropriate PPE. Please rest assured, this adjustment is temporary and, as soon as it is safe to do so, ‘to your cupboard’ service will resume.
